Digital/Electronic Artwork: Preferred files are PC vector based files created in either CorelDRAW 6 - 12, or Adobe Illustrator 9 - CS2. Save all text as curves in CorelDRAW and outlines in Illustrator. See art requirements.
Many of our suppliers accept a broader variety of graphic software files, QuarkXpress, PhotoShop, PageMaker and Freehand in both PC and Mac formats. For these and other file formats, contact your customer care rep to discuss availability, conversion options (if required) and charges.
Order Confirmation: Firm costs and delivery dates will be confirmed with your approval of final order arrangements and our receipt of your digital artwork or copy for straight line typesetting.

Final order arrangements include:

Payment: Visa, MasterCard and American Express accepted. Total estimated charges including shipping will be authorized at order placement with final credit card charge made after the order has shipped. A confirming invoice will be emailed or faxed for your records.Credit terms of Net 10 Days are available for approved customers only. Request a copy of our credit & customer application, complete, sign and fax back to Credit Manager, Cheshire Marketing, Inc. Approval process takes approximately 10 days.
Production Time: Stated production time is the total number of working days to produce your order at our Select Manufacturer. Weekends and holidays are not included.
Production time and delivery time are two different animals. Typically, 2 to 3 working days must be added on each side of the stated production time to calculate deliveries. This allows time for order processing, reviewing and making minor changes (if necessary) to artwork, transmitting order and art to our product supplier and completed order shipping. In-hands dates are confirmed with final order arrangements.
Sales Tax: A 7-3/4% sales tax will be added to orders shipping and/or invoicing to a North Carolina address.
Samples: Random imprinted samples may be ordered for your review. Product cost and shipping charges will be incurred. Samples are not returnable without prior arrangements being made. Contact your customer care rep for details.
Shipping and Handling: Most orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx. Ground Service or Economy Saver Service is stipulated unless faster delivery is required to meet your requested in-hands date. Some of Cheshire Marketing's promotional products manufacturers provide expedited delivery service at ground rates.
